Our
house, License To Chill, is meant to feel the laid back style of the Caribbean.
The house is professionally decorated in the bright colors of the Caribbean
Islands. Colorful sofas, chairs and painted furniture all combine to bring to
mind the laid back feeling of being on a Caribbean Island.

The first floor includes an expansive
living room with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat and chair. For entertainment
we have included a large TV complete with DVD/VCR player. The dining area
includes a large glass top table with seating for six as well as a breakfast bar
complete with stools.
The full kitchen includes upscale
appliances including a smooth top stove, microwave, and dishwasher! Full
cooking utensils and pots and pans are provided. A large dining room table
with 6 chairs provides ample eating space along with a good view out to the
beach.
The first floor also includes one
bedroom with a king bed and a private full bath. A beautiful porch, running the
width of the house allows you to relax and look out to the beach. It includes a
high top table and chairs as well as speakers with volume controls to enjoy your
favorite beach music while you relax.
The upstairs includes three
bedrooms. The large master suite includes a king bed, private full bath and a
private balcony looking out to the beach. A TV with DVD player is also
included. The second upstairs bedroom is complete with a queen bed, and TV and
DVD player. The third upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a TV and DVD
player. The two upstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom.
Consistent with upscale houses, our
house comes complete with unlimited local and long distance phone service. We
also include wireless high-speed internet access. We have installed a high
quality stereo system in the living room and have speakers on the front porch
for listening to your favorite beach music.
Located near the beach access (100 ft) and to the
beach (300 ft) and right across the street from the community pool makes this
house ideal for families with children who want to be able to have quick access
to all of the amenities of Morgantown.
